A legal disclaimer

Gentle Draw provides mobile phlebotomy services that require advance scheduling, preparation, and travel. Because these services involve time, staffing, and medical supplies reserved specifically for each appointment, payments are subject to the following refund policy.

General Policy

All fees paid to Gentle Draw are considered non-refundable once an appointment has been scheduled, except as outlined below.

Refunds May Be Issued In the Following Situations

A refund or reschedule may be offered at Gentle Draw’s discretion if:

  • Gentle Draw cancels the appointment

  • Services cannot be performed due to a provider error

  • A duplicate or incorrect charge has occurred

No Refunds Will Be Issued For

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Missed or late appointments

  • Client cancellations outside the required notice period

  • Patient refusal at the time of service

  • Inability to collect a specimen due to difficult veins, patient condition, or anatomy

  • Failure to follow pre-appointment or fasting instructions

  • Situations outside of Gentle Draw’s control

Arrival and Attempted Services

Once a Gentle Draw phlebotomist has arrived at the service location or has begun the appointment, the service is considered rendered and is non-refundable, even if a specimen cannot be successfully collected.

Provider-Initiated Cancellations

If Gentle Draw must cancel an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, clients may be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional charge.

Refund Requests

All refund requests must be submitted in writing within a reasonable timeframe. Approved refunds will be issued using the original method of payment when possible.

Policy Updates

Gentle Draw reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page.
