Use of Website

Services Provided

Gentle Draw provides mobile phlebotomy services, including specimen collection as ordered by a licensed healthcare provider. Gentle Draw does not diagnose medical conditions, interpret test results, or provide medical advice.

All services require a valid physician order or lab requisition unless otherwise permitted by law.

Appointments and Scheduling

Appointments are scheduled based on availability and confirmation. Clients are responsible for providing accurate information when booking services.

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made within the timeframe or 24 hours or otherwise communicated at the time of booking. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a fee of $50 per missed appointment for the first offense & permanent deferral after the second missed appointment.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate personal and medical information
Ensure a safe, clean, and accessible environment for mobile services
Follow pre-collection instructions provided in email
Disclose any relevant conditions that may affect specimen collection

Gentle Draw reserves the right to decline or discontinue services if safety concerns arise.

Payment and Fees

Payment terms, fees, and accepted payment methods will be communicated prior to service. Payment may be required at the time of service.

Gentle Draw is not responsible for insurance coverage or reimbursement unless explicitly stated. Clients are responsible for understanding their insurance benefits, if applicable.

Specimen Handling and Transportation

Gentle Draw follows standard safety and regulatory protocols for specimen collection, labeling, handling, and transport to authorized laboratories. Once specimens are transferred to the laboratory, Gentle Draw is not responsible for laboratory testing, processing, or result reporting.

Limitation of Liability

Gentle Draw is not liable for any damages arising from delays, test results, or outcomes related to laboratory analysis. Liability is limited to the cost of the service provided, except where prohibited by law.

Privacy and HIPAA Compliance

Gentle Draw complies with HIPAA and applicable privacy laws. Please review our Privacy Policy and HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices for details regarding the handling of personal and health information.
